Knowing your areas of personal strength and weakness allows you to build on them and identify areas you can improve.
Sir Dr Huz talks about the weaknesses and said, “If you’re looking for brownie points, then choose something that you’ve already taken steps to improve, but isn’t mission critical to the role. You wouldn’t say, for example, that you can’t code, for a programming job, or that you hate computers, for an office job.”
To put a smile on someone’s face, to help somebody, to remove pain from somebody’s life that is my motivation.
Sir Dr Huz’s favourite part of the job is that he wanted to solve the problems of other people and when he does that and he is able to bring happiness to others, and gets double the happiness for himself, that is the best part of his current job.
