While talking about the most courageous thing he did in his life, he said, “When I told my father that I wanted to form Wockhardt Foundation and want to work for the poor people and exit from the management of the business.” There were initial challenges every day but he encountered every problem one by one.

Knowing your areas of personal strength and weakness allows you to build on them and identify areas you can improve.

Sir Dr Huz talks about the weaknesses and said, “If you’re looking for brownie points, then choose something that you’ve already taken steps to improve, but isn’t mission critical to the role. You wouldn’t say, for example, that you can’t code, for a programming job, or that you hate computers, for an office job.”

To put a smile on someone’s face, to help somebody, to remove pain from somebody’s life that is my motivation.
